Now this is a boredom buster!
Just when we get teased with a couple of sunny warm days, just when we think it's gonna be Spring, Ta-Da! A beautiful coat of snow reminds us it's not quite time to wear our flip flops 24/7!
This is a perfect time of year to plan and plot the veggie garden though! Imagine rows of green! Do ya know what you're gonna grow this year? Have you got your plan? Do ya have heirloom seeds? Organic seeds? Are ya ready?
Start with a blank piece of paper..... or maybe it's full of surprises written so small you can't even see the writing with a magnifying glass? At any rate, the cards become your canvas.... make a puzzle by drawing a picture, then cut it out all funny, then put it back together again! Write something like "if you could be a Super Hero, who would you be?" OR "If brussel sprouts tasted different, what would they taste like?" Then you can make up a bunch of stuff and use your cards to start a conversation with anybody in the world!
This is always one of my favorites....
Devise a plan to do nice things for people.... it doesn't have to be anything HUGE, just a nice somethin-somethin! We're sure nice somethin-somethins come naturally to you but let's surprise someone we know by smiling for no reason (a smile is contagious), saying good morning when we get up, or even tell them they look good in their outfit! Then you can see the ripples of kindness like waves in the ocean!
