Dinosaurs 101

Coming in at #6 on our adventure to
find the 10 weirdest dinosaurs!

Meet Brachytrachelopan (or Trey for short)
brak-ee-trak-eh-LOW-pan
Every dinosaur rule has at least one exception, and Trey is the exception to the rule that all the dinosaurs classified as sauropods had equally long necks and tails. This dinosaur's neck was almost comically short compared to other dinosaurs of his size (like brachiosaurus and diplodocus) most likely because Trey evolved not to nibble the tops of trees, but waist-high underbrush.
Although Trey's neck was short by comparison, he still gre to be 30 feet long!
